Backing Up Your Site Data

It’s easy to backup your site data. Visit each of these locations to choose what you want to back up:

  • Documents: Go to the Documents page then click “Generate Zip Of All Files” in the bottom right of the page to generate a zip file of all documents. You may also want to do this for committees.
  • Residents: Go to Manage -> Residents then click “Export To CSV” to the right under the residents grid.
  • Vendors: Go to the Vendors page then click “Export to CSV” under the vendor listing.
  • Info/FAQs: Copy and paste the page to a document like Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
  • Maintenance: Go the Maintenance page, then click “Export Maintenance Records To CSV” under the maintenance listing.
